Nashville Yards is a transformational 19-acre mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Nashville, encompassing Class A+ office space, luxurious residential offerings, two high-end hotels – Grand Hyatt Nashville and The Union Station Nashville Yards (a Marriott Autograph Hotel), a state-of-the-art music venue, a diverse array of retail, dining, and other entertainment options, and more than seven acres of open plazas and green space.
To help raise its profile, the University of Tennessee’s Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs decided to launch a podcast co-hosted by Tennessee’s two most recent former Governors – Bill Haslam, a Republican, and Phil Bredesen, a Democrat – and tasked SRG with bringing this vision to life.
To bring a tuition-free, public charter school focused on Montessori-aligned principles for the first time to Rutherford County, Tennessee, Springs Public Schools Empower Academy tasked SRG with leading a county-wide paid social campaign targeted to garner support from community members in advance of a pivotal application approval vote by the Rutherford County Board of Education as well as gather leads of prospective families interested in enrolling.
Representing the Greater Nashville Regional Council and the Middle Tennessee Mayors Caucus, SRG launched a comprehensive government relations and communications strategy to amend the IMPROVE Act to include the local option.
