Most recently, Owen served as a Research Analyst with the Tennessee House of Representatives, where he coordinated clear communication among committee members, legal experts, and the public, facilitating informed decision-making for the Commerce Committee and Subcommittees as they advanced critical legislation.

A dedicated Pickleball player, Owen has participated in two amateur tournaments and is actively working towards qualification for his first sanctioned tournament.
Owen holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Switzerland.
